How do volunteers create a log in?

Julia Lovett Apr 13, 2017 10:36AM EDT

Hi, I am wondering how volunteers can create a volunteer log in. We have a student in our organization that has completed over 160 hours and wants to apply for the Award through Crosby Scholars. We recently became a certifying organization and I do not know how the student can log their own hours and enter the code that allows us to see the hours? Could you please advise?

If the volunteer wishes to track their own hours at any time during their participation with the program, they must register themselves under the Volunteers link on the Get Involved page of the website. Once their profile is registered, they can log in and link their account to the Certifying Organization by utilizing the Certifying Organization’s ROS (Record of Service) key. This key must be entered under the “My Profile” section of the volunteer account.

To log service activities, click “My Service” and then click the blue ADD ACTIVITY button to successfully log your volunteer service activities and hours.

If a volunteer does not remember their username and/or password, they can click the “Forgot Password?” link at the top of the website to receive their credentials.
